These unique items are made from the wool of rare breed, primitive sheep which are raised by Island Heritage, in an effort to preserve these unusual breeds. After the sheep are sheared in June, the wool is washed without the use of bleach or any chemicals. It is then spun and woven into naturally multi-colored cloth or hand-crafted into beautiful knitwear. |
